Ok, so I'm playing with a regular, straight from the package along with the console PS3 controller. I changed the buttons to suit what I'm doing in game, but some strange things occur that I don't know if there is a way to turn off or not. I'm using the MotioninJoy gamepad program to set up my controller for play. Here are a few problems:
1. At the most inconveniant times, when I am using my R-Analog Stick when I am aiming or looking around, my text boxes will magically start floating all over my screen, making viewing my target very cumbersome. I would have to press alt to bring up my cursor, put it back where it was, and then continue playing (by which time I'm probably dead). It usually happens right after I pick up a quest and then move away immediately. My cursor, I guess, remains in the vicinity of a tab and then just randomly picks it up. It doesn't happen if I move the cursor away first, but sometimes I forget. Is there a way to fix this, or do I just keep doing what I'm doing?
2. When I cast skills, I made the X button the button to push for chaining skills together. More often than not, right after the chained skill occurs, my mystic will repeatedly cast his Shara Bolt rapidly (which, I must say, is also on X), making me unable to move and cast any other skills. I then have to repeatedly mash the X button to get him to stop. What is wrong here? Should I put the chain skill on another button?
Any help would be awesome. Thanks for the help guys!
