There are still scrolls on the vendors, but I haven't seen any enigmas yet. Was wondering if they removed them from all items, or just lower level items.

You still need those when you reseal an item to change the bonuses :)

How does that work .. the resealing? You just reseal it and different bonuses appear when you take the enigma off?

Are you talking about how when you got an item it used to be unknown bonuses and stuff?

if that is what you are talking about that system was tweaked a little, when you get the item it will identify itself saving you a scroll but if you want to try and get new stats you need the 5g scroll to unidentify it, and then you need the other scroll that is around 1g to identify again.
