I prefer Forceful over Focused. I use the same for the rest though.
How often is it up? Do you have power on your gloves? Do you generally run with a priest or a mystic? I've heard power scales really well, so I've been wondering whether or not to run powerful, but some bosses enrage a lot (Fimbrilisk in HM Kaprima) and an extra 1.7x modifier seems to outweigh uhh.. excuse me if I'm wrong, but I think its 19? power. Though, again, I have no idea.

Depends on my tank, I am not fond of warrior tanks as they are constantly turning the boss, if I get a warrior tank I usually just 3x Mutinous and carving since staying behind the boss usually ends up being a waste of time. I notice it up quite often when I can actually stay behind the boss, my gloves are a T12 +9 crit/crit/power.
I usually get a priest as I solely dungeon in the LFD (yes even HM fane which I've had success with so far) so I am almost never with a mystic and when I do get one they are almost never close enough to me to get the crit buff and never cast the power buff on me. As for the extra modifier, I never notice the bosses enraging any more then normal, I prefer the power if only because if I get one crit I get a dps buff for a bit for all the preceding attacks in that time rather then critting a bit more with some lucky rng.
Edit: I don't recall the exact amount of power, I'm soloing right now and can't seem to get a crit from behind.

Hmm.. If I wasn't so lazy I would probably use two crystal setups (I know it's literally one keybind to swap between crystal sets, but yeah. THAT lazy) because some bosses seem to enrage a lot (I meant fimbrilisk in general, not just on HM), baboon, auric, grigs, etc. And then for others who don't seem to enrage too too often (Blue kumas in Balders, Crab in FoK, etc) I could use Forceful. I will try it out. Thank you.
More discussion, opinions and preferably facts are welcome! Please!

I feel ya, I just leave my boss crystals in all the time and carry nothing but those on me. On HM fane and BT though I am critting a lot less often, purely anecdotal but I'm debating just going full mutinous for them.
WTB a specific crit rate on my char sheet EME. =I
Edit: I am going to try and see if I can get the exact number on the forceful.
