I'm glad to hear that, i hope they make it, if that doens't work they should just let ppl enchant Tier 12 or up to Tier 12 with regular alkahest.

The GM said they have a hotfix already and patch the game to fix this exploits. As for people who use the Exploits, they said they have Database and looking into it and will revert the people who use the exploit to get their gear to +9.

I tried reporting people I know who used the exploit and I was told it didn't matter what I thought. I was just trying to help and they basically told me to shut the hell up. It was very rude. I understand they have their own system but you'd think me doing the right thing would be a good thing. I'm entitled to some respect.

I suggest not banning exploiters, but locking their max enchanting level at +3.
