Where did our loading screen lore go?

No, for reals, EME. What did you do with it?

It added a nice touch of depth to the game and offered insight into the various little nooks and crannies of Arborea's cultures.

We used to have loading screens like these: http://teraworld.tumblr.com/tagged/loading-screen-lore

Now we have nothing but game tips, which are fine and all, but they lack the intrigue and sense of discovery that came with the previous versions.

Please, bring back our wonderful loading screen lore tidbits!

Im going to agree wholeheartedly with this.

Please bring back a sense of Seriousness to the game, and dont just copy WoW all the time.

omg lol another group of people complaining about a game taking elements from the most successful mmo of all time. get over it or make your own game as wow will influence all mmo's made for years to come

I wish they did not remove it as well....was always interesting to me. :/ oh well....still a fun game and not a game breaker...but was a nice little tid-bit of information. :)

I agree with the TC completely, and I'm finding the ratio of lore to "lol" is way out of whack - quests with titles based on pop culture references, memes, puns, etc have their place; but not so frequently and especially not so much in the earlier areas when you're trying to set the tone. As I've said before - if EME won't take the game seriously how do they expect anyone else to?
