Checking off my zone quests, and didn't come across this quest yet. Anyone know where it starts?
Balder's Refuge...just not sure where I picked it up...

Well could use a better clue. Wandered the entire area and still got nothing.
Ok so it seems to be somehow linked with Repository of Vision pillar things. But no idea which one where.

Yea just checking off achievements now. I feel like this quest is suppose to behave like the other two were, which were stuff you had to find in the field. Thinking it has something to do with this Archive Tablet Fragment in my bag.
