I don't think any server will go full anytime soon, i bet "almost" everyone who pre-ordered already made your char (or is changing server / editing look).

I know they are still selling pre-orders but i don't think they'll sell enough copies to make a server full before head-start (i'm not counting OBT because a lot of beta players won't buy the game).

VoT was full last night. Then they opened more slots. 30 minutes later it's full again.
