After the asinine amount of posts from the pvp crowd up in arms about their entitlement to be able to pk and grief, I'm really afraid to roll on a pvp server now. It's not so much that I disagree that pvp should have a strong risk/reward implemented.
It's the fact that these entitled crybabies whining about what they feel entitled to. I get the feeling these will be the same people that run to the forums after they are ganked repeatedly by someone 20 levels above them.
I'm curious as to how many others will be rolling pve as well.
Good, we don't want you on PvP servers anyways.
I'll roll wherever the good players are because I want to get better and better at this game and find like-minded people. A lot of your top PVE players in MMO's will play PVP as well, so I think I will roll PVP server but I'm not 100% set on that.
You know I enjoy both, but being good at PVP is a means to get better at PVE in these games for me.
I'm probably going to go pve, but not because I hate the pvp crowd. I'm just not that competitive of a person.
grow some balls dude.
its a closed beta, for characters that will be wiped. if you walked into that thinking "i dont wanna peeveepee because it will stop my lvling and questing" you are a crap tester. not only for TERAs benefit but your own.
throw yourself at the situation and see what happens. with no risk and no long term consequences it seems like the perfect opportunity to try something new.
also. there is no such thing as griefing on a pvp server. unless its an actual exploit, if people wanna fight, fight back.
I want to try out a PvP server because the low level PvE is incredibly easy, and it'll be fun to see how things go while levelling.
People fighting you and ganking you or whatever adds some chaos/fun to the level grind IMO.
^same. Im more of an RPer mah self. But most pvp servers are known for gank fest
