I paid and was promised head start and half of the time I haven't been able to play either due to waits or full server. Why should I have to move or play on another server? I have a guild with old friends on JC. I should not be forced to play another server.

Tomorrow subscriptions start running and there will be a mega flood of new players hitting the servers and things are already a mess. Making it all look good on twitter and facebook does not resolve the issue! At this point I feel ripped off paying for something and not getting it. Launch day given it's heavy traffic,but I suggest you fix this and start giving people some free play time to make up for what you haven't provided >:(

And no suggesting people transfer off their server when they've established a guild is crap.

I played the entire headstart on a PvP server. I guess you're just doing something horribly, horribly wrong.

You were never promised it. You were offered it as compensation for pre-ordering, never promised.

-YOU- rolled on a server that was filling up fast, it's -YOUR- fault for being there. Everyone else has just as much of a right to be there, so take your queue, and shush.

You got a chance to reserve your character names, free mount, and some other items. And you said yourself you played half the time.

I have every right to complain. I paid for something and was promised a head start event over people who didn't. YES it was promised when pre-orders went up for sale. I did roll on a server during beta, jagged coast. Not my fault EME can't handle the incoming traffic. Head start event wasn't a compensation, it was an offered PERK for ordering early just as closed beta and all the open betas. I didn't need a code or invite..I PAID for the game so you SHUSH troll.

I paid $90, to lose access to my account and not receive my lion, AMAZING, must be magic these guys are working on.
