Will there ever be an Action MMO that can beat Lunia's combat system

I honestly don't think so. Action MMOs used to be rare. There really were only maybe 3 a few years ago and now they're popping up all over (GW2, B&S, Raider Z, Tera, etc.)

They may all be action MMORPGs, but their combat systems ALWAYS leave something lacking (the action.) I've yet to see 1 MMORPG that can compare to Lunia's extremely fast-paced, versatile, unique, intuitive, reflexive and extensive combat system.

Everything else out there is either really dumbed down and simplfied, too slow, not immersive, unappealing visually, the controls are iffy (WASD-only games I'm looking at you), have bizarre targeting/aiming systems or they're just plain boring.

There's really only 1 "Action" MMO out there because so far only 1 has done it right.
Can TERA be the 2nd one?

0/10, try harder next time bro, too obvious, needs more subtlety in your technique. If you said something like GW2 has the best action combat, you would've got better results.

GW2 an action MMORPG?

...Really?

At best, it would be something "in between" action and old school RPG controls because you can dodge. Otherwise, it is far from the gameplay of an action game.

Other than that, I think the only thing they could add in tera would be (real) Hit boxes. But that would make the game unbalanced. (Everyone would roll Elin or Popori since they would have the smallest hit boxes and thus be the hardest to hit.) Also maybe more control on your movements. (Reaiming or tilting your character while attacking and such.) But that might make Melee classes pretty OP.

So yeah, I think Tera is fine as it is right now "Action" wise. :)

I wouldn't call GW2 action combat.

Hell I wouldn't even call it an mmo. Fresh 80's get max gear. There is no end game, they're not even going to try.

You might not call it that, but the developers of GW2 do.

Oddly enough, twice today I have seen posters claim that Vindictus is the only ONE true action combat MMO. Funny how opinions work. ;)

The vid you linked looked terrible to me sorry... I'll take TERA any day over that garbage...
what is fun about swinging your weapon over and over while your opponent just flies through the air?.. Plus looked like some Sega Genesis game or something... No thanks... that [filtered] looked boring as hell to me...

To each their own though I guess...

They also call it good. Go figure...
