Windows 8 and Enmasse's ridiculous response

Enmasse is stating that they don't test patches with Windows 8. Fair enough. But to not make any effort to fix the issue is beyond retarded. Like it or not Win8 is coming and atleast some of us are using it.

Is there a specific driver thats screwing things up? Who knows because enmasse isn't telling. Is it a secret rootkit? Who knows because enmasse isn't telling.

Uptil now I have had really positive experience with Tera and CS from enmasse. But this is bull beyond all reasoning. Tell me there is a timeline (1 week, 1 month whatever) for an incoming fix. Just a little bit of info will go a long way to making things "alright".

Glad I bought windows 7 when it launched. Going to be a perfect OS till Window 9 comes out.

I might get a windows 8 tablet, if I like the selection.

But as far as desktop OS, there isn't anything windows 8 brings to a gaming PC that windows 7 doesn't do.

why would they try to make a fix patch on a OS in beta stage????? that why is called BETA because it isn't finish.. GOD, and let me see, when you got the TERA game does it says that supports Win 8?? NO RIGHT! does it says anywhere in the website that supports Win 8?? NO RIGHT .. so why in hell are you making this thread????

Windows 8 isn't in beta stage. This is a post beta "release preview". If Enmasse wants to take advantage of the Windows Store, off selling micro apps for the game and generally being ready for the biggest os release of the decade in less than 4 months, they need to step it up.

Tera is nice but there is NOTHING in tera that should prevent it from running on W8. Unless they are slipping a low level logger (aka warden) in there.

They already said they would forward it to the right people, but it's just not a high priority. They are under no obligation to render support for a non published OS.

Biggest OS of the Decade.... give me a break. Not even fully compatible with a large array of hardware, power saving features you can't disable, memory errors still when using programs that fully access 16GB of memory etc etc etc.

Let me know when it can run Maya without crashing my entire computer.

EME would be crazy to even look at Windows 8 at this point. They have enough to do finishing TERA for stable operating systems.

It is actually pretty crazy to officially support an OS that is not even out yet.

The Preview is just that - beta. It is not even the RC1 (IIRC).

[Edit]

Forgot to mention, does Compatibility mode help? or is this a Graphic Card win8 driver issue?

BHS will be ready for the actual W8 release in all likelihood. You being an idiot won't improve their response to a beta OS.
