I am glad this is filling the forums. I know when I look to buy a game the forums is one of the places I check. People should know this is a HUGE problem and one might skip over an account issue thread thinking its just normal things like the guy didn't know what a CVV code is on his card.




A light monitored forum is also a place would find trolls, I wouldn't put all my bets just by looking at the forums.


20+ troll threads complaining about an issue would be a troll haven and another indication that this game is poorly managed and should be avoided.


It is true the game is not manage correctly and can be done better but your basing your potential enjoyment on the game with that, so because of all these trolls your not going to play? Your decision but I would suggest you think this over.

Its a valid concern that OP has but also need to be aware that EME support is one of the best I've had.

You are lucky this isn't NEXON, their tickets take 6-10months to get resolved.

I haven't had any issues, my card has only been charged the one time so there I am lucky. Sorry to all of you that -are- having an issue, I would be having fits too.

Though this could be unrelated; their system in place to charge our accounts to buy their digital merchandise seems to be in top notch condition...

Their support is hit and miss really. I have had the best GM ever in open beta going into headstart. Then I had 2 who failed to cancel my sub and I am waiting on the 3rd as we speak.

just got off the chat with my GM & he/she was quick & polite. I spent something like 4 1/2 hours in queue waiting & took them like 7 minutes to fix the problem... mostly. So I they set my subscription to manual instead of auto-renew but they weren't able to remove my credit card info. They said they had to pass that up to the "subscription dept." & that they would email me within 72 hours.

Soooo I guess in the end I feel a little safer but I'm not 100% sure they won't have another screw-up & bill me for another month since they still have my CC info, my sub is set to expire June 1st & it might take them 72 hours to get back to me about removing my CC info. So I think just to be safe I'm going to go to the bank tomorrow & just cancel that card number & get a new one.

On the plus side though the GM was super efficient & easy to work with.

This whole "payment over the internet" thing is new. You can't expect En Masse to get it right the first time.



With all their hard work soon you might be able to make all kinds of purchases over the internet! This is ground breaking technology!



You have to expect a few bugs it's not like this kind of thing has been possible for years...


LOL, this post almost made me LOL for real at work. Had to look down and hold my breath a couple of times just to stop myself from breaking out laughing.

Mine, a simple (and low cost) hacked account (lost maybe...2 mil in items...tops and none of that NEXON cash shop garbage) and they said new years day a resolution would come, it was hacked in October. it is still not resolved and hasn't been touched by a GM since before new year's.

So yeah. this support trumps NEXON, and in fact it trumps a lot of peoples support. the only support I've had that's better is in game for WoW, never had any problems with them and they were typically prompt and good at what they did. Now I haven't subscribed yet (I played the early release and such, and I do intend on playing) but I never renewed because I knew it's a new company and things were bound to go sour. But I must say you guys should just relax.

I know what it's like to be double or triple charged but its 15 bucks or so (unless you did a year) but I've been triple charged 425.66, so really I wouldn't worry much. just take a chill pill. they are working on it, you have to remember it's a new company, and they are trying. You don't know what's going on there and you have no idea what kind of problems they could be having. they are trying. give them a break and play another game and let things resolve themselves.

Was billed 3x15$, waited 4 hours in queue, and my ticket was not touched since this morning. Best part was when i walked away for lunch and came back to chat disconnected.. So yeah, thanks, great doing business with You. Id like you to spend some time doing tickets as well. Chat is useless for ones that can't camp a PC for 6854651321hours before you can come chat. Terribly disappointing. I'll be dealing with M&T bank if my refunds not done by tomorrow.

EDIT: I have access to the game, my concern is being charged 3 times the amount for the 1 month game time.

boo hoo! eme isnt catering to MY special problem first! even though there are thousands of other people with my issue, I DESERVE TO GO FIRST!
