This post is for all the Lancers out there that think they can take advantage of the dungeon/instance system. I'm getting tired of Lancers ruining parties and acting like they are the most important thing in the world. Go play as your Paladin or Warrior class and WoW and screw them over, we don't need you to come over to TERA and ruin all the rest of our fun. Booting people for loot or just because you can isn't ok with me and I don't think it should be ok with the community. So for all you Lancers who are reading this and do this stuff to the other people in game who are just trying to enjoy it and can't because of you....

I'm a [filtered] lancer tank but a good warrior tank. I just can't get the whole block thing down. As a warrior tank I just avoid everything.
While leveling so far I haven't had much issues. Only lancers I've encountered were really good. Though I'm not 60 so it may change then. At that point I'm queing with my slayer friend. And who really is gonna kick a healer >.>
Time to find a couple of good trustworthy Lancers on your own server and just PUG the DPS/Healers. It would be less of a headache for you. In any game you should always try to friend good tanks and healers.
Also check that you are willing to be lead so that the Lancer doesn't get the lead. And if they demand it to be a douche just kick them. I'd say it's worth waiting another hour than to have to deal with someone you have to rant about on forums... every. single. day.
I agree with your guys's suggestion regaridng finding a buddy lancer to play with but in my situation its very hard to find someone who can go online when I am online, I work 10-7 everday besides Monday and Thursday and I have a son too so my time on TERA is usually very short and then I'm off again,
I never bother to check the willing to lead box. An extra action? Far to lazy. Just click my join instance button and thats enough effort for me. Never been kicked from a group, never demanded someone be kicked from a group.
You people need to chill on the lancer hate. Yer sure there are some baddie lancers out there, I assure you, there are as many douchebag warriors/slayers/zerkers <insert class="true"> as there are lancers.
If they bother you that much, ignore them, leave group and move on.
Better in the sense that, me a good warrior tank will actually que as a tank. Thats one more good tank then before. I find it easier and more fun to level a warrior then a lancer. Lancers to me are boring as hell.
