You should contact Support to get this corrected.

I believe we are should be charged on May 31st, 30 days after the game went live.

Yeah, that's what the OP believed, Mythra, but he was charged early.

I've also read that some people were charged tax. I've worked in customer service plenty, so I can be nice to whoever picks up the phone, but when they hand me over to billing or their manager it's GO TIME, SON

You aren't alone. they completely bypassed my grace period for the PCE and already charged me a full month saying my sub had expired. Not to mention my free 30 days...

They waited too long to ship the PCE and now its causing all sorts of problems.

I got the digital version though, for physical versions I think the 30 days come with your box key. I on the other hand have nothing...

Once again, contact Support. I have heard wonderful things about Tera support, and they should be able to help you with this.

Quite sure it is a bug with their billing system. It is a new system for a rather new company on their first monthly MMO. If you bought the Digital versions and purchased a sub already, I bet the system thought it was ready to charge.

Don't expect any fighting from EME though because they are smart enough to not back out on promises and wrongly charge people on purpose.
