Yes, contact support like the rest of us who have been in queue for over 3 hours.
Or, if you have somewhere to go and can't be tied to your monitor for the next 180 minutes, you could... not.
What this seems to be is customers who are buying their subscription before applying their game code are getting charged up front.
We are working on this, and will update as we learn more.
Thanks for letting us all know, Merry!
Hopefully someone can chime in about the Error 500 many of us are getting too, when possible.
Hi Merry,
It must have been that issue yesterday where I went ahead and picked a plan, but even at that page it stated I'll be charged after 30 days.
Nevertheless it's a non-issue, I'll be happy with an additional 30 days added into my account without refund and perhaps even the dragon skins since technically I paid after my non-existing 30 days expired if possible. *hint hint*
Also I bought the digital standard version, there is no game code that I know of.
Thank you for your time and loving the game, can't complain. Now back to schoolwork.

At least you don't have tax, I got charged $16 (with tax) along with additional tax on my game.
@ Yuna - thanks for posting; we hadn't seen this happen to someone who'd purchased the digital version through the EME store. This gives us something more to look at.
Contact support, put a ticket in if you cannot wait in the chat queue.
Remember, they are slammed and will be just as frazzled as you are. Customer service agents are just like you. They feel your pain, and so far the customer service folks at this company have been stellar. I have dealt with three different support agents on three different instances on three different issues. All have been dealt with to my satisfaction or above my expectations.
If you put in a ticket with details, it will assist them in finding the problem and make the resolution time less for both you, and others with the same issue.
