All of you seem to think this game is in beta. I got some news for you, it isn't a beta, it's a marketing plan. For those of us that have had the advantage of playing KTera for over 6 months now I can tell you that very, very little is going to change beyond a few PVP rules and a horse quest being put in Velica.
Right now classes are balanced very nicely, the game only gets better as you level (even at max), the political system works well, the instances are very polished, and despite the isolated crying by few trolls the LFD x-server system doesn't hinder PVP in any way on KTera considering you can buy scrolls to insta-teleport to dungeons anyways with or without it. The leveling curve is exactly the same as it is on NA 'beta' servers, again, despite what people think otherwise. It is easy as cake to level up on KTera just like it is on NA. The PVP difference there is all the fighting starts at 57.
The game's difficulty ramps up after level 40, but is evened out considerably if you keep your gear on-par with your level's content. Bosses in instances become much less forgiving when you make mistakes in higher level 5 mans, and hard modes can be very, very challenging for every member of your team.
Most of you don't know this, but when Tera first came out in Korea, pretty much all the mobs were elites. Even the little mini ones that now die in 2 hits were elites. The game was super hardcore hard mode until they completely changed it 6 months in. To me, they made it a little 'too' easy. But, they made it solo-able. You could solo before, but it would take forever to kill things.
Tera has come a long, LONG way from what it was back in Feb 2011. The changes that have been made over the course of a year were from lessons that were learned there as the game progressed. What we are going to have in NA release is a final retail copy of a game that had to go through a paid beta for 1 year at the expense of Korean suffering (and the nutjobs that played with 200ms pings from NA like myself).
Bluehole knows what they are doing when it comes to this game and the last thing they should do is listen to people on a forum. It is clear to me that they monitor in-game events and data and use that to make core decisions.
