Hi, I bought the collectors digital edition yesterday 5/2 and expired today 5/3 already. I read the announcement topic they say they fixed the error in subscription time, but how come my subscription is still expired?

why are we still being charged, i dont even have a game key yet and i was charged. they shouldnt even let you sub if you dont even have the freaken game, and i was stupid enough to do it cause of my itchy hands. but still even if so why are they still charging you when its not even passed the 30 day, so many problems.
I've just been charged. Showing up on my CC statement. In line for support (#241) but after three hours last night of waiting I'm less and less enthusiastic to talk to them and just get my bank to chargeback the whole god damned thing.
Whoever coded this billing system flat out needs to be fired. I'm tired of one thing being fixed and another thing popping up and being told to go wait in the queue to fix it.
Also if automatic renewals are going off the day *after* "expiry " for us (off-by-one error much?), imagine if this bug pops up again and everyone is "expired" for a day.
My subscription was showing expired after being charged a renewal. I talked to someone on chat support and my subscription time was increased 3 days from today (5/6) just so I can play.
The message stated that they are working on a fix for this. That's fine; however, my credit card was still charged unnecessarily. For the people who were charged, credit our cards and give us the 30 days like everyone else.
