Looking at your pic, i'd say it's your cpu. Mimimum spec is a chip that runs at 3.2 ghz .. your runs at 3.1. It may be a better chip, but it's still slower. You could try to OC your cpu, and see if it helps.

The minimum requirements are a single core p4 processor.. He has a quad. Thats not it at all. What kind of video card do you have?

Something's up. And I'd guess it isn't TERA. Unreal 3 engine is the sex, even on lowest spec machines that can run it. Worst comes to worse, reformat and with a fresh install of newest drivers see if it's still doing it?

Damn man with your spec you should be running the game pretty nicely. Like James said, somethings up with your system? Maybe a nice cleaning/scan? That or maybe you've got bad connection? *shrugs* I hope I don't run into anything that bad with a spec like your comp. XD

I should be owning it up like 80fps =_= but idk man
someone help me. does using bootleg windows 7 have something to do with it you think ?
