No point, Arcane pulse is practically useless in most situations... it's really only any good if you're lower level and hitting more than one target, buying time for the tank to build aggro or everything is on CD and you're at high MP with burst of celerity worn off and on CD.

Against one target you literally will do more damage with two lock-on skills.

It's also good if you're a mile away from the boss and still want to do DPS. Charge it up out of range and release it as soon as you get close enough. Done, no wasted DPS time.

It's the same thing as Zerker's charge skills, but people are so narrow minded that they can't see DPS being anything other than actively hitting the enemy.

You realize you cant move while casting it right? it roots you in place. Its pretty much a worthless skill that never gets used as you get higher level because just about everything else you have is better damage.

im assuming thats why the OP specifically asked about it after applying 'glyph of the slick'
