we've been clearing fane of kaprima and balder's hard mode for a few days now..

6 full clears on balders, and 0 t13 enigmatic equipment. fane of kaprima seems to have 33% drop rate for enigmatics, but it is still really low.

intended or bugged?

I'm a Lancer, i've done Hard 18 times now, and the normal 60 dungeons 5+, got 0 enigma as well.

Seen nothing but BoP non-enigmatic crap.

Run it more. You are not meant to fully gear up in 3-10 runs. Take a few weeks, maybe then you'll be geared up and have gotten enough crafting drops to start making the BETTER gear, the stuff that will make hard modes more like normal.

33% is low? My god.

Balder's Temple has been cleared? Same berserker group that had the first Kaprima clear or are there multiple groups out there?
