I've been trying my hardest to try and get a character to look like the one on the human female priest preview. As far as I can tell, all human females are incredibly ugly >_>. Has anyone had better luck getting a nice looking human character or indeed one that looks like the priest in class select?

I never had an issue with a female character not looking good enough. I really think you are just being waaaaaay too picky. I find the humans to be far more attractive than the others. Make sure you change the adornments as it also alters the eye color and makeup for the females. I've noticed that makes a HUGE difference in the end.
