The rep vendor hoods?

That's the only thing I can think of...was the reputation quest hats that got moved to the rep vendors.

Check the broker on your server, over here on CH quite a lot of hoods are at the broker.

Remember to ues ctrl-Right click on the hood in the trade broker (or was it shift right click) to preview the hood. make sure it is the one you want before buying them.
