So should run with minimum settings, i guess.

Thanks for the link, I just ran the diagnostic tool and my computer is well above the min, recommended requirements. I get around 60FPS on near max settings but every 10 seconds my screen freezes. My internet connection is fine, my drivers are up to date, I have no viruses/adware/malaware, Up to date Bios, and working hardware. I've searched all over the internet for a cause of this "hitching" but noone has an answer =/

Try downgrading gxf driver. Some people reported 301.xx driver not working well with Tera. Also try tuning down some of the setting and see if you can play for longer amount of time. Iono what else to recommend.

Cheers.

The hitching may be the game accessing your drive, in which case you should probably try to increase pool size limits in your ini.

Increased it after you suggested to and it didn't fix the problem :/

@ZagatoMKR I've downgraded to several differnt ones, and when I change the graphics to lower settings it doesn't increase FPS at all I still get the hitching
