The way the warrior one is worded, baring that its correctly translated. It sounds as if the warriors dodge skills will eat stamina to reset the CD on them. Once the warrior runs out of stamina the dodge skill then regain their CD. So it does not seem the stamina bar will stop the warrior from dodging at all, but more that it will help with the need to spam dodge here and there. So i see this as a huge boon, which will help their tanking a lot, but not lower the difficultly of it by too much.

Guess we'll have to wait and see for more info on how all of this works.
