no Option to turn off floating notification effects that pop up over my head ?? for example every 2 seconds I get -30 -30 MP every 2 seconds from my Mystic Auras

Is there an Option to turn these off ? if not I would like to have an option to turn these off/on and have a list for each type of effect to switch on or off

like Aura or other MP Spell consumption or Benefit effects on/off
Healing and HoTs on/off
Damage/Poisons/Curses on/off
anything else I forgot on/off

Also I would like other Location for these effects, or let me move them around, like over to the left of the screen, Middle and Right side of the screen
