how do I shout in game? where do I type? ty

there is no shout
there is say which is the only one that only talks to nearby people

thanks... but then how to i "say"? basically, how do I bringup the command prompt so I can talk and emo?

What do you mean by talk and ' emo ' ? o_o

To talk, just press enter, type your message then press enter again.
To talk in area chat but put /a in front of your message.
To talk in guild chat, use /g.
To talk in LFG type /u.
To go back to say, type /s.
To use emotes, its the same basic principal, just type /dance, /laugh, /angry, etc.
