the Prologue is causing so many people to quit

so many players that Daish knows did not even reach level 10 the Prologue is really frustrating to people who have not used this combat system before

the Prologue should be a choice to play at level 30 not a new player trying Tera for the first time

Daish cant understand why you would want something that causes so many players to quit before they even start playing the game

whoever set it up this way is a cause of so many players quitting Tera grats

You are only forced to do the prologue if it is your first character on the server. Each subsequent toon you create on that server gets an option to either start in the prologue (to test drive the character at level 20) or to start in the island of dawn.

You can also bypass the prologue by simply logging off then back in

I disagree on all points.

Primarily you have no evidence to support your statement that people are quitting over the prologue. I would ask you to provide that.

Second the prologue is entirely optional after the first run, no matter the class you choose. Just how short can an attention span be that running it once is a major problem?

Above all, I personally think the prologue is an invaluable tool for determining what a class will play like a bit later in the game. I don't have to spend time leveling to 20 to find out I just don't love how my class plays.

Uh, although I think Daish might be a few fries short of a happy meal, I found the prologue to be quite frustrating as well.

I don't think it should be the first experience a new player has in Tera. You are presented with far too many skills, and the constant bombardment of "Tips" is just aggravating.

Playing from level 1 lets people grow into their character, and is, imho, the proper way to experience the game as a newbie.

Daish said that people "he knows" have been quiting because of it

it frustates them and by the time they get to a level 1 character they have no interest in playing

Daish really hated playing the prologue it almost made Daish quit -.-

most players Daish has seen in TERA are Lineage players might be because they hoped the game would get better after such a horrible start

but yeah its causing alot of players to quit for no reason.... it should not exist as it is

you get +10 points Trizamp

its causing so many players to quit for no reason it should not be there why have it ? its not making the game any more interesting just causing a lower player base

its a new combat system for most players it makes no sense at all to Daish that it exists EnMasse stop making mistakes

I'm pretty sure this has to be a troll. who refers to them self in the 3rd person?

In my experience, a general rule of thumb is the minute someone refers to themselves in the third person, you can stop listening to them. Nothing they have to say is going to be of any use.
