Why do we american's have to pay for the game when Korean's only have to pay subs? They get the game for free. They just pay a monthly sub. No 60 dollars up front.

The way you phrased your question at first sounds like why don't they just buy NA version and play on NA servers.

Server costs could be much more expensive over in EU than NA, to cover the costs of server, GM, maintnanence, etc.

This issue is also something you really need to be learning economics to understand why they charge things 49 euros and ours costs 49 dollars for the same item.

Its actually not. When you take into consideration the tax rates, the currency conversion, import/export tax, misc taxes you pay, You are actually getting it quite cheaper then the US.

After seeing how Frogster handled the Sneak Peek event this weekend, I can't imagine why anyone would want to play on their servers. I hope for Europe's sake that Bluehole can find somebody competent to host their game over there.

This massive fail by Frogster has made people think a lot more about playing on NA servers, I for one feel i'd be better treated here by EME than I will be by Froster, what's a little bit of ping hey? :/

You save a few cents at the cost of possibly huge lag issues. Why would you do bother to be that cheap? Not to mention, most banks charge a fee every time you convert to foreign currency, so you might not be saving any money at all.
