Hi there! My name is Kate and I am a long time forum lurker who has been anxiously anticipating Tera's NA release for some time now. I'm no stranger to MMO's - I've dabbled in plenty of them and have done (up until last August) endgame raiding in WoW since BC.

As of right now, I've been playing a little League in between Tera beta weekends and have been extensively reading and writing for my classes (yay for my last semester in college!) I'm a Lit major focusing on British Lit, specifically Medieval Literature - Middle English nerds unite?

Other than reading and playing/streaming games I enjoy coddling my kittens, bar trivia, and watching/attending hockey games.

I'm always up for meeting new friends and people to play with - the character that I have spent the most time on thus far in the beta is my Priest Kate on Arachnea. Say hi!

I do like to stream when I play - I haven't been able to stream much lately due to school obligations but I'm hoping to do a lot more streaming after I graduate in the beginning of May.

And by League, I mean League of Legends.

I was going to just say "oh cool, a hockey fan", but after reading the rest of the thread... I am baffled. Oh well, I was wondering if I'd run into any hockey fans in this game. I kept thinking to myself that, as unlikely as it is, I would love to be in a guild of numerous hockey fans. Tera is only going to be my 2nd (third if you count FFXIV) MMO, but I've played hockey my entire life, including in college, and always feel at home around fellow fans.

Haha, sorry to baffle you. I would LOVE to be in a guild full of hockey fans, I am a die-hard Penguins fan which is mostly a result of going to college in Pittsburgh. It's awesome that you've played it all your life - I never had the chance to play really. My love for the game stems from growing up watching my neighbor and his friends play street hockey where I wasn't allowed to play. By the time I was allowed to make my own decisions about what activities I wanted to be involved in my family relocated to Florida where I played lacrosse throughout middle and high school.
