Gotta say I'm kind of pissed, would have been nice to know this soon than 1hr before the 3v3 competition... I scheduled my entire day around this.

Pretty exciting life.

I have to schedule my game-time because I'm too busy to just play 24 / 7. But go ahead and troll me, that's what VO is all about now.. Trolling people, I read the rules.

VO have 60 members and could have entered 5 teams, that's only 15 people..

I'm starting to think the 3v3 was never going to happen at all and was only announced during Vanarch elections so go figure. Never saw any in-game announcements about it or anything.

/sigh

At least we got some PvP in on a PvP Server and now getting called trolls for it. We declared as soon as we were told 3v3 was not going ahead. If you don't like it, tell EME to stop GvG or re-roll on a PvE Server. When I was in VO we took out Avid with no worries during a Nexus event and now it's just /drop guild and call the other guild troll :-/

I had a feeling this whole thing was a bunch of hearsay and now I know I'm right, 12 vs. 10 people, complain about PvP during events because it's allowed / strategy. It's all about dominate guilds pk'n others. Next there will be complaints about PvP over world bosses for Vanarch Points.

All I can say is, if you're going to organise anything make sure you do more than just post in the forums.

Advertise in-game, get all the teams together, update the thread daily (my team was never added for days and still has not been), use a ladder service to show the teams.. And ESPECIALLY if you're going to cancel it, give everyone at least 24 hours.. Not less than an hour before it's meant to start.

PS: What I'm hearing is there was a lot of interested teams, but they did not like the ruleset - So I suggest getting feedback from some of the teams and organising it properly if you ever do hold an event which is still yet to happen.

I like the rule set, no double classes mean no double priest which would make it op.
I wouldn't mind using consumables either, tho it would run the risk of alot of draws. Maybe just buff consumables like scrolls or pvp potions?

No double healer for 3v3 I can agree with but by not having 2 of the same dps classes kind of cuts a lot of teams out of the mix.

We did our own 3v3 tourney anyways, with 1 healer no consumables - Still had draws, would have been worse with pots.

Besides, I was told the real reason why the tourney was cancelled, such a shame.

Removing:

"NO DOUBLE CLASSES (eg. Sorc, Sorc, Mystic)"
"consumables allowed"

Probably the biggest two people disagreed with as the majority. Keeping the "One healer class per team" is fine.
