This, also the bumps do little more than show people your immaturity, which I imagine would somewhat ruin your recruitment efforts.

it's not that difficult of a concept. we obviously aren't for everyone.

Here is the part that confuses me. You said your guild is comprised of 20-27 year olds, right? Well any level headed person fitting that age bracket would understand why the community does not approve of said guild name and change it to something more appropriate. I'm not sure why you are fighting so hard to justify having a vulgar word as your guild name. Everything your guild is, and hopes to accomplish in the future does not have to change.
