Just a fair warning... I advise to avoid running instances with [Institution of Ham] if at all possible.
They are the type of players that bring in 1-2 PUGs and take complete control of the place, troll the whole time, and usually end up kicking you for no apparent reason.
FYI :3
I am the Guildmaster of Institution of Ham, and while I was not in the instance, I was on Skype with the three members of my guild who were in the instance with Orton. They were not trolling, they were newer players who were doing the instance for the first time, and all I was hearing was that the sorceror (Orton's character) was constantly nuking and drawing threat off of the tank, resulting in multiple wipes despite several requests to tone down DPS while the Lancer established aggro. On top of this, Orton was pulling groups ahead of the lancer, and breaking attempts to CC. Further, the sorceror became more and more aggressive about the situation to the point where my guild members felt like the couldn't continue with that group. Also, from what I understand, the other PUG DPS voted to kick Orton as well.
On top of that, later in the evening, Orton started camping/PKing the mystic who was in the dungeon group while he was solo'ing, trying to exact some sort of revenge I suppose.
Just felt I should respond to a random attack on my guild. In the future Orton, I would recommend you contact the guildmaster of a guild that you feel has wronged you, instead of making an angry forum post to badmouth us publicly because of a single bad dungeon run.
Institution of Ham are easily the best group of people that we in North Korea have come across since starting on Jagged Coast. They're not the kind of people who would do that sorta thing. Not inclined to believe you at all, sorry.
TBH. I had a problem with 3-4 of the members in OBT. Camping and talking mad [filtered] 4v1. Was really annoying.
I already blacklisted em.
Eh, I'm over it...
I actually kinda want to apologize for all this, considering it was simply bad timing on my part. Being kicked and blamed at the end of an already [filtered] day just kinda lit my fuse per say... and I just lost it. Its unlike me to rage at things... but it is like me to bottle it up and explode on everyone lol. *shrug*
Even though I still stand by the fact that I was falsely blamed and silently kicked for no reason - which is still pretty low - I shouldn't have taken it to this level. In the end, its still just a video game, and just pixels on my computer screen. Getting this worked up over something so trivial means nothing.
~<3>m not sure if forum mods even read all these messages or not, but if possible, it would be nice to just have this thread deleted... as it serves no purpose.
