Maybe if you didn't type and talk like a five year old to the GM he would have taken you a little more seriously.

And Xack is 100% right, it is your own fault.

Thank you.
There is literally no possible justification for all of you to be [filtered]ing. Can anyone give me a viable rule from anywhere that states what was done is wrong? It is part of the game play. This is the same thing as say, complaining about your gems breaking when you die.
It is a set part of the game, and it is the users fault for letting it happen.
Huge kudos to whoever pulled it off, it is a brilliant strategy to take down opposing guilds in a way separate from GvG. Good old fashioned guerrilla warfare.
I would congratulate someone if they did this to me.
Too many damn care-bears in this game.

As VO this happened to us... The issue was resolved through a support ticket live chat... I do not have the officer online who handled this right now ~ If needed I will dig up the logs and paste ticket # too... <3 Much Love and best of luck

Sucks man. Hopefully there's a resolution soon enough.

Yea, Distar, if you can dig up those logs that would be a huge help. Seems like they aren't going to do anything about it

Don't restore the guild bank!

Backstabbing = Politics

Ya'll learn nothing from game of thrones?

P.S. Thirsty is a badass guild

Here's the thing. They have no responsibility to do this.
It is COMPLETELY your own fault for giving someone un-trustworthy access to the guild bank.
Honestly, if someone ninja'd my guild bank, which I assure you has a substantial amount of wealth, I would never go crying to a GM.
They didn't break a rule.
They didn't hack.
They didn't use an exploit.
The only one to blame is the management of the guild, and their lack of screening ability is the only cause.
It's part of the game, get over it.
So tired of people complaining about this. It is a pretty viable strategy for opposing guilds to use, honestly.
Stop [filtered]ing.

It's pretty obvious you've got something against Thirsty. There's really no reason not to sympathize with a guild bank being ninja'd. This is a video game on the internet, the fact you mention screening ability just further proves your idiocy. There are no extensive background checks. I'm pretty sure I could pretend to be someone I am not and get into your guild, although I'm not really interested in small, no name guilds.

As for Enmasse, this is pretty laughable. They could easily resolve the issue in a matter of minutes and avoid massive negative feedback from the community. Read the logs Garbuk posted. I'd speculate the GMs are even refusing to help resolve the issue out of spite from dealing with angry customers, not because it's "the policy," (which it isn't). Oh well. I'd personally never heard of Enmasse before Tera and this must be a result of being such an obscure and unprofessional company.

I have nothing against Thirsty and I really feel bad for them, but the fact of the matter is that it was 100% their fault and nobody else's (especially not En Masse's). The leader(s) of Thirsty appointed that player to a position in which he had the power to withdraw items and gold from the guild bank. He then proceeded to withdraw all of the items and gold from the guild bank. This event didn't involve En Masse at all, therefore I don't see any reason for them to reimburse the guild with the stolen items. The fact of the matter is that the guild leader(s) trusted the wrong people with access to the guild bank. Sure, they didn't realize that the guy would steal all of their items, but they shouldn't have trusted him enough to even take the chance.

However, if other guild banks have previously been restored by En Masse after a similar event, then there is obviously a problem with the current policies unless there is a proper and convincing explanation. Although thus far, I don't see any responses in this thread that support the fact that "other guilds have had the same thing happen, and En Masse rolled back their bank".

The way that En Masse replied to Garbuk in the live support chat is obviously a little rude and there is no excuse for that, but it appears to me that it was partially the result of Garbuk's language and attitude towards the GM. I know Garbuk was mad, but why would you say "emo garbuk", "nerd rage", "first world problems" (among other things), when trying to get someone to help you?

Personally, I don't think that the guild should get their items back. I would still take the same stance even if I was a member of Thirsty, but it will interesting to see how this all pans out...

I agree with this on all points.

It's pretty obvious you need to do a little more thinking before you talk, sir.
Not once in my post did I say anything specifically about Thirsty, and to be honest, I did not even know which guild this was about. My only point is, it's part of the game. That's final, and absolute. I know for a fact that this is something people have done in many MMO's in the past, and it is an amazing aspect of politics and warring.
I simply don't understand all the complaining. If you don't want to be screwed over by other players, then don't play an MMO. Go play a single player game where your bank is safe.
We are all in competition here.
Just stop being little girls about it!
