I work in customer service for my company as well, and my boss would have me dragged out back and shot in the face for providing customer service like this. Regardless of whether or not the customer is wrong, you can handle it with a little bit more tact. That one supervisor guy reminded me of a [filtered] 10yr old with downs, or like a [filtered] kid who got bullied too much in highschool, and needs to vent his frustration. I hope you get castrated with a [filtered] rusty pair of pliers.
I work with customers, but not in customer service. If one my contacts acts like a child, I'd go to his supervisor, and then we'd all talk about proper communication. "The customer is always right" went out with last century. If I worked for someone like you describe your boss to be, I wouldn't work there. More than anyone else in this whole situation, you sound like the kid who needs to vent his frustration about the bullies in high school (more likely the bully at home). The castration thing strikes me as extreme. Seriously, get a handle on yourself; this type of rhetoric is ridiculous on a forum about a video game.
