Keep the rtards happy EME, its a sure fire way to visit the pit TOR and FFXIV descended into a while ago. Sometimes EME shows me that going back to WOW might be a viable option.

EME has made it very clear that they will not restore a guild bank that has been looted/robbed by a member of the guild. What sort of magical 'tool' do you think is required to properly manage a guild bank? What in your right mind makes you think that this is anybody else's fault?



Please do go back to WoW, if this is the kind of attitude and behavior you think is appropriate. If tantrum throwing and childish logic are something you expect people to take seriously, you probably should be playing WoW. Maybe they'd understand you there, because I certainly don't

EME has restored guild banks in the past, saying it is policy is a cop out for a rude and lazy CSR. You cant restore one guild bank and not another which is what EME did.

Additionally guild members need access to a guild bank, that's what they are for. It isn't some sort of treasure trove for the the guild leader and the officers. Me stating that EME should have saw this isn't childish in any way shape or form. If you think that restricting guild bank pages by rank is a magic tool you must be stuck somewhere in early 2000s. Just one more item this game lacks, it isn't a feature of the game, its poor foresight.

At this point I have seen various EME GM's tackle situations differently. It makes things really hazy on what their actual policies are.

No ones guild bank should be restored unless it was the game itself that took it away. If there was a bug where everyone could access the guild bank and someone stole everything, I could understand a restore, even a rollback. However, there are a few points I would like to make:

1) It is not the games fault that your guild bank was stolen, it is Serlachs and yours.

2) Serlach was hacked? Why? Was he buying gold? Was he letting someone else use his computer? Was he posting his account information on the internet? Was he running a computer without any form of protection and going to web sites/downloading things he should not have been? Perhaps you should find out.

3) YOU, Thirsty, decide who can and cannot remove items from the guild bank. It was YOUR choice to allow him access to withdrawing items and, as a result, your guild bank was stolen. He claims he was hacked, you sure about that?

4) You need to severely limit who has access to withdrawing to your most trusted members. Members who aren't performing actions in which would allow them to be hacked. And don't tell me "Anyone can get hacked!", because I have NEVER once heard of anyone I have ever gamed with in 13 years being legitimately hacked when they weren't doing anything they shouldn't have been.

5) You complain that the GMs aren't taking action against Serlach and restoring your guild banks. You say that EME now promotes people stealing your guild bank. I say that EME promotes common sense. Don't do things you shouldn't. He was hacked? His fault. Your guild bank was stolen? Your fault. The GMs didn't do anything? Damn straight, learn from your mistakes. You won't do that again now will you?
