Humor really hit the nail on the head. The reason Divine didn't choose VoT is because all the formidable guilds that are planning to go there are also planning on quitting a month later for GW2. So we started leading a charge for a server with guilds that plan to stick around even after GW2. I sent PMs to over 20 guild leaders regarding the issue and we got very successful feedback.
I wouldn't worry about which server to join. Before summer (when the battlegrounds have been added), at least half of these guilds will have moved onto Guild Wars 2, and or have gotten bored with the "End Game" content with Tera, due to the lack of it. It's been seen in Aion, World of Warcraft, etc... etc...
No matter what a company does to the game, if they can't keep up-to-date with content, and prevent players from getting bored of their game by the time they reach the cap, there's no way to keep all these players, and guilds within your game. Granted Tera has a new type of gameplay, (Action based), but just how long will it be before other games start to come out that are just another "Clone" with improved visuals, and or different mechanics. A year at the minimum.
Enjoy your little arguments and fights about which is the main PvP server, I give it until July, before half the guilds have left Tera, that are on your list.
