A little about us:
We are a guild founded with the purpose of creating a community of excellence and respect, aspects that we believe are key to making the game as enjoyable as possible to everyone inside the guild, as well as those we group with. While I will be holding the position of Vanarch, the vast majority of the decisions will be made by the leaders of Paradigm, along with the leaders RoE, in order to make sure the province is run with the players in mind, and not personal gain.
These same beliefs are held by RoE, and we hope to create the best possible environment within our respective provinces.

NPCs
From day one we will work towards keeping all NPCs available in the province. They provide a convenient service to anyone within the zone, which is something we wish to keep active at all times. We know how obnoxious it can be trying to train skills or buy from the specialty store and not being able to; that's not something you'll have to put up with under our watch.
Taxes
Gold is a non-issue for us and, as long as we're able, we'll maintain the province under the lowest possible tax bracket available to us. While we hope to keep the taxes at 1% we understand that there are variables that could affect the province, and we won’t use the gold from the taxes to do anything but pay for those expenses.
PvP
We’re on a PvP server.
We won’t disable PvP, but if someone’s several levels higher than you, ganking you in our province, feel free to send us a tell and you can expect swift retribution. We don’t condone ganking of any type, be it a very high level attacking a lower level, or a group attacking a single player. There is a difference between good PvP encounters and ganking, though. PvP - the chance of getting attacked at any time by someone who you have a chance of outplaying - is fun, and something that we encourage; killing someone who has no chance is something we do not.
So why [Paradigm]?
In all honesty, we can’t promise you anything another guild can promise you in terms of policy; there’s only so much we can do in terms of keeping taxes low and keeping NPCs in place before everything’s ideal. However, we can promise you the effort and personal attention from our guild towards the province and the players within it. We can promise support from not just ourselves, but from our entire alliance to ensure that things are running smoothly. We hope for the chance to show what a well-organized, dedicated group of players, backed by equally dedicated and organized allies, can do for the provinces.
