On May 16th, 2012 Territ Enhancement Suite Guild members were reported to be kicking players from instances without any explanation and locking people out of their dungeon queues.

http://tera-forums.enmasse.com/forums/general-discussion/topics/Qeue-for-3-hours-enter-commence-kick-cooldown?page=1

When brought up to TES Guild Leader "Sylley". He Claimed they do not condone this behavior and action would be taken against the members. Since then no action has been taken and members have gotten nothing but a slap on the wrist, leaving uncontrollable thugs let loose on the citizens of Shara and Arun.

Do YOU want Sylley to run a police government of thugs where you have no say?
Do YOU want Ganking in your own backyard while your just trying to quest and be threaten to hand over your materials?
Do YOU want High taxes on your hard earned loot? If it isn't taken away first.
Do YOU want to be locked out of dungeons before they even begin? It could be you one day.

Come May 18th....IF YOU DO NOT WANT
VOTE on Territ Enhancement Suite. For ANY Province [Jagged Coast].

I don't get it. I thought your dungeon cooldown only begins once your party attacks a monster after you've joined. I don't know the details for joining mid-run since that's never occurred to me before.

But what TES did is very common among many groups. It's simple: there is absolutely no way whatsoever to finish the dungeon without adequate DPS, and if you can't provide the DPS necessary to win, everyone will die. If everyone dies, they lose a potential several tens to hundreds of gold from losing crystals. They may be sacrificing some extremely expensive rep crystals that they worked hours upon hours or days upon days for.

I understand the kicking process. I don't condone it, but I understand that it's necessary, and so should everyone else. If your DPS does not suffice, and they can estimate your DPS just by your equips or even item level, then the entire party faces a problem.

Now if they kicked those members for absolutely random reasons that had nothing to do with gear, that's a different story.

Why don't you just make a Vanarchy thread expressing why R&T should be elected, rather than a thread slandering another guild?

o.o

It's just kind of hypocritical for you to post up a thread about a guild using dirty tactics, in a thread you just made, which is frankly; full of filthy tactics.

I understand the need for political mudslinging...

However i recommend from an experienced standpoint that you make it known you are competing...before you start slinging mud....otherwise it just makes you look immature and highly unprofessional, bordering on slander.

Cmon people ffs its a POLITICAL campaign, follow the way politicians do it, travel around ingame too, make sure people know you, have an entourage, make a scene, and make sure its a good one..

I have half a mind to offer my services as a publicist to someone who is going for vanarch just so people understand how to respond to these things.

Territ is garbage, all those zerg guilds are GM's mass recruitments for the sole purpose of getting votes from terrible players that join zergs, because they don't know any better. 90% of the people in those guilds are trash can players and know nothing about the game. I will not be voting for anyone running for vanarch that is a GM of 3 guilds with 300/300 members that are all trash.

Hopefully someone from Thirsty will run for Vanarch, they will have my insta-vote just because of how organized and well established their guild is already.

It's funny though that they think recruiting 900 players to their guild (Territ) will guarantee them Vanarch. Except there is easily over 40x more people online during peak hours that dont give a flying [filtered] about your [filtered] guild :)

Since then no action has been taken

Are you in our TeamSpeak or IRC server? No? Then shut up. You have no idea what we did.

Also, Rub and Tug does the same thing, but worse:

You're so wrong it's not even funny and I'm not even going to try to explain to you how you're wrong because you wouldn't believe me anyway.

Wow... the mudslinging has already begun. Until it was brought up, we had absolutely no idea it was going on. We all stand by the fact that this is not the way we prefer our members to represent our guild and we have since taken action we felt necessary for the situation. We are sorry this all happened, but in the end, we are making sure nothing like this goes on involving our members.

Also, for the record, two of our guilds: [Territ] and [Subterrit] exist for the reddit community to come together in TERA to enjoy themselves. By being a public guild, we do not have any sort of entry requirement to get in besides that we'd prefer our members be involved in the reddit community. Anyone saying that we're hoarding members for Vanarchy is laughable and flat out wrong.

The guild that we have running for Vanarchy, [Territ Enhancement Suite] is our hardcore PvP/PvE guild. We expect our members to bring forth great gameplay and hold themselves at a higher standard than Territ or Subterrit. As such, this guild is somewhat restricting on obtaining membership. Sure, we have asked our other guilds to support us in our political campaign, but they are all in our guilds because they choose to be. We do not force them to either be in the guilds, nor do we force them to vote for TES.

Also, [Rub and Tug]? Since we're mudslinging, I remember you guys acting in a similarly assholish manner:

We are going to be running for Vanarchy, and we hope we can count on some of the other players on [Jagged Coast] to support us in our campaign. We will strive to make our zone(s) the best possible for all players on the server!

Thanks, and stay classy JC.
