Well, I'd like to invite you to.

Hello, I am Mnemosyne/Destructible, Co-GM of [Paradigm]. We have been running HM Balder's and Fane for quite a while now and would like to invite some people to join us for our runs. If you've ever been interested in experiencing one or both of these instances on the harder difficulty, and feel you have the skills to merit that experience, you're who we're looking for!

Basically it will be myself and three other Members from our guild in the run along with you. Prior to the run we would ask that you do a bit of research watching the videos for said dungeon (some of which we can give you from our Member's perspectives), and then just have Mumble installed to join us to facilitate smooth communication within the run.

What's the catch? None, actually. You can be any class/role (except Warrior tank; still don't trust you folks, sorry!), you keep your Fanesteel/Dream Bindings, get to roll on all loot that drops for your class, learn the boss fights on the harder difficulty, etc. All we ask is that you are confident that you can hold your own and learn relatively quickly, and have the ability to accept constructive criticism to improve your own performance inside of the dungeon.

Just to recap in bullet point form:

• You're invited to HM Fane or HM Balder's with us!
  
• You can be any class/role
(aside from the one mentioned above)

• You keep your Fanesteel/Dream Bindings and get all rights to roll on loot. You did help us kill the bosses after all!
  
• Just do a bit of research and be confident in your play.

Went with these guys saturday to BT HM. Was very fun! They were very patient and helpful! Learned a lot and even got some loot!

I think this is a great idea, we need more community building events like this, and more people getting exposure to HMs!

Negative. We are a guild formed exclusively for TERA, although the other co-GM and I are from the same guild on WoW.
