I didnt really wanted to make a new post for this but would guilds agree that we would like in general a community site devoted to nothing but posting events for the server? It doesnt have to be called an Alliance or anything. I think the idea of a charter on such a site isnt truly needed. Ya it would look nice on paper, but I think were already agreed that trollin on the forums or even these community is just dumb. Does any other guilds or anyone else agree?

I would tend to agree with this each guild could make and host its own events if its just for prizes, which is what it seems to be leaning towards anyway.

you can pretty much do all that with the facebook group that was started, but I do realize some people would rather hide behind the anonymity of a random screen name, so whichever. I prefer the fb page, gives a better sense of community.

I would like to see a community site. I'm a web designer/developer, I'd be willing to help with some input.

Mostly I'd suggest not making redundant community places. I think the site should still utilize these forums here on enmasse's site as the server forums, and I think the FB page should also be kept up to date along with the community site.

Basically I'd like to see a page that lists the guilds on the server and their activity/achievements. Perhaps a server community news, maybe a 'marketplace' where players can post their crafting skill levels and a means to get in contact with that player.

What I don't want is just another forum somewhere else and some kinda 'shoutbox'. I also don't want a site that is rarely updated. The people in charge of the site should think of themselves as reporters. Gathering information from these forums, the FB page as well as in game.

Like I said, I'd be willing to help in this en devour, i just can't spearhead it.

Would love this, since en masse's forums are somewhat lacking in the features department. Having a place away from these official forums could help generate a more active community as well.

This is the community website for Jagged Coast that we are trying to get up and running...

Thought it officially named the "guild alliance" it is simply a meet and greet and organizational hub for all the guilds on JC.

I know this because our guild was the one who pioneered it.

It has many many members and is growing daily. Feel free to sign up.

JC Guilds is not an alliance it is a community. The only thing that makes it in any way alliance-like is that there are tournaments for participants. Aside from tournaments, you can use it however you like.

I might be confused, but isn't there already a community forum for JC?
