1) Is there an LFG for BAMs?

2) Is there a way to increase the size of the cross-hair? I see how to increase text and everything else. Would help me out tremendously if it were possible.

There is a Party LIsting Page (hotkey "Y") You can just use it, put up a message "LFG, "Basilisk Eyes"" and anyone who check that page who are within the level range you specified, will see the Party Request.

You can also use the LFG Channel (though you might need to cut through spam) to look for party.

As for the Crosshair, I think that is locked in. Not sure if UI Scaling will increase it. Though I never tried to change it so I might be wrong on this.

There is a way to increase the size of the crosshair. Same area where you adjust the size ratio of your hot bars.
