I see guilds on the server forums recruiting for "end game content". However, i do not think there are any organized instanced PVE raids. So, is it safe to assume all of your guilds are recruiting for PVP/GvG/Vanarch/Dungeon/Open World Nexus end game content?

It's probably a safe assumption that yes, they are planning for the endgame that does exist rather than the one that doesn't.
