You paid for the early access that begins on April 28th. The access to Open Beta is a perk of pre-ordering. They do it so they can iron out kinks like this BEFORE actual release.

All MMO's do this. Name a single MMO that hasn't had server issues day one of availabilty

One question, if you are living in RL and you see someone like Dave Batista, Kane, or the Big Show sitting in a spot in the park you "thought" was yours; would you try to gank them and take it away from them? That's the reality of life, not everyone enjoys being killed by someone who wan't to prove themselves as a "game god" by ganking other players who are 3,5,or 20 levels lower than them. Aion is f2p and there is still RF online as well. If you don't like this game, find somewhere else to go ganking. Different strokes from different folks; tank it, gank it or yank it; the choice is yours.

True but I prefer to gank/pk people that are equal (close to) my lvl. I know there are alot of people that like PVE and more power to them, its just not for me :D.

The answer to your question would be yes I would gank them if they are within my park and so called relife lvl....lol
