On all the videos I have seen all the horses look the same. Is there only one to choose from? I like changing mounts like changing shoes. :)
For starters, the pre-order customers get their own mounts. If you preorder from one retailer you might get a different mount from someone else that preordered from another store!
As you progress ingame you will get different mounts as quest rewards too. As the closed betas did not have these I can not say how much variety there will be, but i saw some different mounts on Korean TERA videos and there are definitely different mounts for players to choose from even without preordering.

yes for North America and EU they are going to be adding more mounts then in the other tera's because they know western players like collecting mounts
