I dont understand the enigmatic stuff... like what if you identify it u get effects... and if you enigmat it again it hides them ? or reset them ? or what...
ALso when does the item u hunt be bind on pick-up and when will it be bind on equipped...
Also... will u always be able to change server like in a year from now ... i ask...

Enigmactic just means that you don't know what the special abilities of an item are until you have it identified. You remove the enigma (what is hiding the special abilities) with identification scrolls which you can purchase from merchants. Once removed, the enigma is gone and the abilities of the item stay as identified. These abilities are randomly decided when you remove the enigma. You have no control over what you get.
As for your question about bind on pickup or bind on equip.. I dont know what you're asking. Some items are BoP (bind on pickup) and some are BoE (bind on equip). That just depends on the specific item.
As for server transfers, I don't know how long they will stay open. That is completely up to En Masse.
Also to note about enigmatic items, once you identify the hidden stats, you can either keep those stats, or use another enigmatic scrolls to hide them again. Purchase another identification scroll to receive new stats. You do not have any control over the stats that are revealed, but you do have the option to keep stats that have been identified, and keep scrambling the others until you get all the ones you want. This is done with spellbind available from specialty merchants, but it is very costly and is not recommended until you have level 60 enigmatic gear.

As far as BoP versus BoE, most dungeon gear is BoE (even though there are some dungeons that have only BoP gear). Quest rewards will be BoP, while most drops are BoE. Something BoP cannot be turned into a BoE item. Only BoE items can be sold on the trade broker or placed in your bank. Again, like Absalom, I'm not sure what you were referring to with this.
And yes, free transfers will be available as long as En Masse says, but can be stopped at any time. The player base has no control over this.
