1-Monthly sub fee isn't $21.99. Unless you live in an area with some very steep sales tax, in which case, that isn't EME's fault. They have to charge it.

If you are being charged more than that for just the monthly fee, then it is likely a sales tax issue based on where you live. It doesn't matter what site you bought it from, where you live is the issue. That's where any additional taxes come from, and EME cannot do anything about that.
If you don't think it's a tax, then contact EME support.

OMG.. i runned away from frogster by being a bad publisher, and i come to another that i thought was better by just have a game published for now.

Again, this has nothing to do with EME. They aren't arbitrarily charging you more money for giggles. Whatever money past the $14.99 they are charging per month is being charged because they have to, for a myriad of reasons (taxes, conversion fees, etc).

This throw away all my enjoy to play Tera.

With all this i just only see future for Diablo 3 is not paid monthly and every one enjoy the game.
