I am playing with tera trial acc and i start from 20 lvl is there any problem or is it normal for trial??

You start at 20 as part of the prologue. Once you complete the prologue, it will restart you at level 1.

It's a confusing, kinda annoying, prologue that shows you the gist of the game and skills you'll be getting later (for that class). After you complete it, you can skip it on all other characters.
