As in, what level do you need to be, do you need a number of people in your party, does it cost a certain amount of whatever the currency is called, do you have to complete certain quests, etc.?

I've never played so I know nada.

I'm hoping the requirements are rather strict. I think it ruins the guild system when it's too easy to create guilds because everybody and their brother has one and nobody's left to join them :)

If I remember right in CBT it was lvl 8, 3 people in party and 10,000gold?

I remember playing Rohan - Blood Feud. It had the most stringent guild requirements I ever saw. You had to be like level 30+, have 2 million "crone", 30 "Sweetfish" (hard to get item) and complete a chain of about seven difficult quests within a limited time. The bosses in these quests could not be klilled by a level 30 or even several, so you had to find level 50-60's to help you kill them.

Each game is different, and this was in the CBT. I want to say I'm 95% sure I got that correct... It could change in OBT or sometime after.

Since this is my thread, I guess I can't be accused for jacking it, so I'm going to ask other newb questions:

Is the key mapping good? Are there any keys that can't be remapped? I have issues with some MMO games because I'm a Lefty and they make these games so right-handers have an advantage. But then, I'm getting used to being in the largest, most-discriminated against minority in the world :)

I just can't stand the A,S,W,D movement arrangement. I usually focus around the arrow keys because it feels much more natural as my left hand is on the mouse. I then set my frequently used commands around the arrow keys, using Ctrl, Shift, Enter, Delete, End, Page Down, Insert, etc.

It is helpful when you can run by holding both mouse buttons, but I'm guessing this isn't possible since the buttons are dedicated to specific skills?

According the TERA game guide you just need to have two people in your party, be level 8, have 3k gold, and be able to reach Velika.

I can't tell you much about key mapping, sorry.
