That GT 520 won't run much.. I am running and older Nvidia GTX 280 with max settings. I would go for the GTX 470. Haven't had great luck with AMD.

I run on a Nvidia GTX 550 Ti which is like only $100 or less at some places. It can run TERA on max settings and I get 60-80 fps even in Velika.

You should have no problem running it with mid-high settings at 1920x1080 or lower resolution now.

Now you are ready to experience TERA at it's fullest.

No.

Your processor is good, but your video card is garbage. It will struggle to to keep good frames at low settings with a lowered resolution. It is weaker than an 8800 GT

I would recommend at least buying a GTX 460($140), it should allow good performance with mid-high settings at 1920x1080. The next step up would be a GTX 470($300) which should max Terra at 1920x1080 no problem, with very little if any slow down. After that I believe the GTX 480($400) is still the best single gpu solution, but I haven't been able to look into many of the newer cards.

The AMD(radeon) equivalents are also fine, they just don't scale as well with AA. And can't compete in games with DX 11 tessellation.

I'd like to add that the systemreqlab is completely unreliable & generally misleading, you should avoid it at all costs.

And that G3D scores are also generally misleading to how cards will perform in actual gaming environments.

There are many better performing and more energy efficient solutions in the newer series.

also update the drivers on your graphics card, they usually release updates that makes games run smoother or faster.

Nice rig : cept for the vid card. Its your bottleneck. Try to fit a better card in your case.

Make sure you have enough ventilation for the heat from vid card + I7 (runs warm)

What is your PSU ? need prolly 700 + for your rig. schneider1988 on 03/20/2012, 05:31 PM - view

Oh, how I love these "will it run on my PC" threads, if it Meets minimum specs for the game... it will run.

I have an OLD socket 478 that it will run on, not good, but it WILL run.
