I'd gladly bend over to En Masse & Bluehole. They're so impressive so far, I'm in love.
Coming from a series of years of game companies that didn't give a flying ____ about their games, only money-- I'll giggity the hell out of EnHole/BlueMasse.

I will never Trust NCSOFT.... They banned 2 of my Clane mates back in 2006 for botting in town, which they never did anything of the sort...

we had a Clan that hated us and we hated them, this clan had bots in most dungeons and a few of us would Farm their bots, we would get the bots killed and they would drop high end gear lol... and one day my clan had an interaction with this guild again while I was a sleep and it was quite messy for both sides and this clan leader that hated us didnt like it one bit, so he got his clan to report 2 of our clan mates in town selling items as bots and so NCSOFT banned these 2 players of ours...

the other sad fact is that NCSOFT employees had their own bot farms and also had their hand in the pockets of other Gold Farming Bot groups, so when you report very obvious bot Trains about 10-20 times a month running around and nothing ever happens to them for years, you start to think something is up...

I even talked to the GM employees and they told me "yes these are Gold Farmers and I will removed them ASAP...." and funny enough the Bots disappeared for a few days... but a few more days later the exact same Bots are back and I report them again but nothing happens....

NCSOFT will ban Legit players and I know because my Clan mates were not the only ones, 100s of others were banned for no reason what so ever but the Bots are never banned... at least the Bots under NCSOFTs protection....

so yeah we left Linage II and never looked back, and we swore to never trust any other title under NCSOFTs Tag... NCSOFT can never be trusted...

I am glad TERA is not in the hands of NCSoft. They have corrupted the entire Lineage 2 system with their cash shop, ignored the bots, banned legit players, and now this (lulul).

As for EME, you guys are a new company and are doing fantastic. I hope you guys will stay this way in the long run (do try to hire some gaming enthusiasts vs those money-sucking [filtered]s). I can already see you guys growing if you keep it up at this rate!

Cheers.

Thank you for keeping us up to date on the situation. Here's hoping that it all comes to nothing. 12 more days until launch!

I just wanted to clarify something OP. I think NCsoft is seeking that injunction. Looking at Paragraph 10 of http://tsi.brooklaw.edu/sites/tsi.brooklaw.edu/files/filings/ncsoft-corporation-et-al-v-bluehole-studio-inc-et-al/20120109ncsoft-corporation-et-al-v-bluehole-studio-inc-et-alcomplaint.pdf you get:

“Accordingly, Plaintiffs bring this action seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction prohibiting Defendants from proceeding with the launch of TERA in the United States, or in the alternative, damages for the substantial harm that such a launch will inevitably cause NCsoft. As set forth below, Plaintiffs assert claims for copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, breach of confidence, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment.”

Also in the “Prayers For Relief” section, point number 5 reads:

“Issue temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctions that prevent Defendants from obtaining, accessing, using, retaining, distributing or disclosing NCsoft’s proprietary information and documents, including by enjoying the launch of TERA in the United States.”

As someone who has never read a full legal brief before, and someone with no real legal experience, that still does sound like they are seeking the injunction. Still they have not gotten it since TERA is still launching on May 1st. Woot Woot.
